How is the hud so small and..different?
It is smaller as it it probably being displayed in a higher resolution. It looks different as I assume this is an early version of the game.
Quite for sure an old version as the 'ton looks quite different and less detailed. Final HUD definitely looks better than this one here.
The inventory looks small because he is using the OTPUIFix, which comes packaged with Kentie's Deus Exe Launcher. Also, you can change the color scheme of the HUD in the in-game options menu. He also turned off the Augs display
Man,this is just a Higher resolution...And dont need any mods to do all things that you say...
