This is being released largely to solve complaints that augmentations for DX1 are hard to use on a controller or steam deck. This methodology is fairly simple and lightweight, allowing players to activate any aug with no more than 4 inputs at max, but 3 inputs is the most common circumstance.
I'm releasing this as source code so other modders with pre-existing mods (such as vanilla conversions and total conversions, namely) can just slap it in and rapidly improve controller gameplay. Think you can do better art? Want to make another type of menu with it? Want to just compile a vanilla mod so that people can play with it? Go ahead. Upload your derivative. No permission required.

-Now began reading buttons dynamically, as was suggested by a user. This allows for joystick support and all sorts of weird binds
-Added a noise for closing the menu
-Now, pushing the menu open button 2nd time will close it quickly.
