Description

***UPDATED*** Solved a little "bug" near the ironsight.Slightly better front and back sight model. Now the weapon is partially animated...still don't know how to pull out the magazine, though... New sound and new, grey texture. Now the clip size is 30 rounds, according to the magazine model on the weapon Hello there! I edited the Ironsight of the LawandOrder cod5 Thompson to make it more realistic. This model uses the "peep" sight to aim down the weapon sights. Alas, I didn't managed to anim it, evei if it has every needed parts and groups. Just have a look and bare in mind that this is my very first 3D model...so it might have some minor issues on it. So did you get the weapon model into cod2 through Asset Manager, with all of the groups and joints? Nice :D

Yeah, but the model is not properly animated...the bolt group stands idle when shooting the weapon and the reload animation just is not working...but try the model and tell me your opinions! :)

Hmm...
What's the name of the file you converted using Asset Manager?
viewmodel_cod5_thompson_nocompensator or something similar?

The .xmodel_export file itself it's called "untitled" (since I used blender to convert it into an .xmodel_export)...but the entry on the asset manager it's called "viewmodel_cod5_thompson"
Even tried to change name to the .xmodel_export file into "viewmodel_cod5_thompson", but no luck.

FILE UPDATED: Now the model is partially animated...but I didn't managed to pull out the magazine, though...
And now the front sight is a little more realistic in shape.

Hmm... Well, with the file I sent you, you should be able to directly put it into Asset Manager and convert. After all, I distinctly remember sending a .XMODEL_EXPORT file to you...

Yes, you did...but that model had the compensator on it XD
And, as you can see, I modified the back Ironsight too...so, I needed another model.

On it's way! XD
You think you can keep the actual position of the model? It's perfect for the new Ironsight...
