Blog RSS Feed Report abuse Latest News: Aeon Command Price Drop to $2.99

0 comments by Minerne on Apr 11th, 2013

We released Aeon Command on PC and Mac around 6 months ago. We've made lots of updates and fixes since the initial release. We also added support for Linux, Android and iOS. Since the mobile price was set to $2.99 USD, we felt that it was only fair to match the price for the PC/Mac/Linux versions as well.

For our first game, we've been very happy with the success of Aeon Command and we hope you guys enjoy the new lower price.

Thanks to everyone that purchased a copy! You've enabled us to continue doing what we love and making games. The funds we've earned from Aeon Command will enable us to make our next project even bigger and better.

Just played the demo in Fedora 19 64bit Linux. Worked flawlessly. Was pretty fun and well designed. Not normally my kind of game but I just bought the full version. Good work!

If anyone is wondering whether or not to buy it then check out this to see if it'd suit your tastes.

Decent game, and €2.49 is a bargain for this (reminds me of Alien Hallway, although much, much better than that). A little tip for a future update though - TOOLTIPS! While you do eventually learn the purpose of each of the ships, it would be extremely useful to have a tooltip showing the name and purpose of the ship when you mouseover the icons.

Agreed. Also over the abilities, I can never remember which one does what and always use them incorrectly, wasting my energy.

Kind of reminds me of Swords and Soldiers HD on Steam and that wasn't a bad game.

@biggitio Watch I swear to god every two weeks the TV I got is on there. It's a barebones 65 120 w/ only 3 HDMI.

@biggitio Apparently my eyes can't tell the difference between 120 and 240. Some people swear by it though.

@biggitio We bought a Samsung 65 120hz about a year ago for around 1k. Skipped SMART features, 3D and 240hz.

Aug 28 2015 by minerne

@biggitio 4k isn't worth it just yet because most content doesn't properly support it.

Aug 28 2015 by minerne

@biggitio You should. I really enjoyed it. Would love to do another play through at some point.

@biggitio Man I figured Divinity: Original Sin would be it for you. That game was amazing.

Finally finished The Witcher 3. Really enjoyed the second half of the main storyline. Pretty much everything else felt tedious.

Not sure I'm a fan of metacritcs new rating system. Seems hard to follow.
