A new real-time post-processing filter. Created by Martins Upitis (not a team member, but he made the filter available under a license that allows us to use it), integrated to 0 A.D. by Zaggy1024, and all made possible thanks to work by myconid. Note that this has in no way been Photoshopped. It is a screen capture taken directly from our 'Atlas' world editor.

The first one looks good...the troops add to the scenery rather than stand out from it, giving a very nice ambiance, but I imagine it would be kind of hard to find the units then...
impressive
That looks amazing...but it doesn't seem to be working on the units.
Because they are in the middle of the screen, which is in focus. :)
They really stand out, though...even compared to the building right next to them. Is the focus on a certain portion of the screen or the units and buildings?
looking great, the light filters are amazing
(goes to pick up toy soldier, hand hits screen) "NOOOOO!"
Looks cool. It kind of makes the world look like it's a miniature though.
That's the idea behind a filter like this :) (In other words, it's not something for general gameplay, but rather a special effect for special situations :) )
Hate to say this but, will there be any cool moves that Unit will execute durring battles? like in Rome total war. Some animation big units big guys throw there enemy and tackles and such..
