I'm looking for a team doesn't have to be skilled but at least willing to learn to work on realistic steampunk game which eventually will be put up on steam for profit. There are three Phases we'll be working by Phase 1 will writing and brainstorming Phase 2 will be the actual creation of the game Phase 3 will be advertisement and eventually be put up on steam. Heres a little about myself i do character design and animations been doing it for 3 years so far i only look for quality not quantity so we'll be perfecting and optimizing the best we could. Heres what i work on so far -

Summary – A
perfect steampunk video game with a focus on realistic aspects.

game world does not revolve around the player nor he/she is the chosen one but
your actions will affect the world even NPCs in-game can make choices that will
affect the environment around them.

RPG - it will plenty of RPG elements.

Realism –
Everything that is put in the game must have some sort realism to it (i.e. the
history of _______ and the regions in it.

Storytelling
– The game world and every NPC will have an in-depth history (based on realistic
aspects) a great example of rich lore in games is the Elder Scrolls series.

Minor Features

Majority of
the NPCs in the game world will have names based on the region they’re in and
can be interacted with in some way – Reference The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim

can be bought, owned, or sold to the NPCs or the player.

There will
be some sort of achievement/leveling system

A
relationship system (i.e. dating, family, friendship, and marriage)

Work pays –
you must work in order to feed yourself, buy clothes, pay your bills, and etc.
but don’t look down there’s plenty of jobs out there some, fun others life
draining (i.e. barber shop, taxi, military, and

Politician)

Transportation
– there’s all types of transportation from train to taxi or if you like
airships.

You're in for a ton of work! Good luck!

This is going to be quite hard to pull off, but if you can do it, then it will be quite impressive. Good luck! :)

Especially good luck with that one.

Totally blown out idea. You're just listing everything you can come up with and game designing doesn't work this way. This isn't remotely feasible even for commercial developers. Your idea is essentially more complex than Skyrim that had about hundred million dollar budget and took over 3 years to make.

Hahaha you don't even know if i have the necessities to produce this type of game yet you judge and with next gen tech there is less restrictions.

I do, you don't.

Feel welcome to prove me wrong. I've seen you a hundred of times. Having a (MMO)RPG mashup with more features than any commercial title is one of the most common noob mistake that people make when they don't know anything about the tech behind a game. I was only trying to put it nicely.

Do you have over 100 million dollars in disposable income?

The tech won't be the biggest restriction. That would be the production of the sheer amount of content that you'll need to create what you are proposing.

Um... I don't want to seem rude but this really reminds me of a game in development called "Kenshi" and it seems to have some very similar ideas to you can see its page here: Indiedb.com.
These bits you wrote reminds me of it especially:
"Massive Open
World – The game will have a seamless world, absolutely no loading screens. Can
go from house to house without loading."

Freedom Of
Choice - Your choice will be yours the
game world does not revolve around the player nor he/she is the chosen one but

affect the environment around them.

Properties
can be bought, owned, or sold to the NPCs or the player.

The setting is quite similar from the sounds of it too.
If you have a story (kenshi does not have one) and different mechanics and the vehicles you can differentiate from kenshi with ease but I don't see it being easy to tell a interesting story with out having some sort of chosen one thing going on, Its possible but is gonna be quite hard in an open world RPG.

I hope you can pull this off and Good Luck with your game!
