joealtair	i have been searching moddb for days and came across 1 tutorial on how to convert a 3ds file to a mdl one unfortunately it wasnt free does anyone know a good effective and free way to convert a 3ds file to an mdl one thanks in advanced

TheHappyFriar :)	q1 mdl? There's mdl exporters for blender I think. Tutorials will be REALLY hard to find: planetquake hosted pretty much everything about Quake 1 & 2 from it's heyday & that's all gone now. -- Go play some Quake 2: q2server.fuzzylogicinc.com It's like Source v0.9, only... better!
