Game will have multiply alliances to choose from, from there you'll select the faction you want to play with, to sum it up to some degree heres the alliances and their current factions planed, do note that for example the North American alliance both have United Kingdom and Australia in their alliance, so just because its the North American alliance doesn't mean it have to be just North American factions.

I'm just making a friendly suggestion, that I hope you will take a look & consideration at.
I can't explain more in depth atm, it's late in my timezone, need to sleep soon.
In an honest opinion I find it hard to see Vietnam fitting in with Japan, South Korea, & Thailand for the EASTERN ASIA ALLIANCE.
Vietnam just seems a bit out of place when you look at their equipment & military compared to the other 3 countries.
Maybe you can replace Vietnam with Singapore or maybe even Taiwan, the two country's military are much more comparable to Japan, S. Korea, & Thailand.
Also some interesting information if you add Singapore or Taiwan to the EASTERN ASIA ALLIANCE you will have 2 of the Four Asian Tigers/Asian Dragons. You could have 3 out of the 4 if you swap 2 countries out for Singapore & Taiwan.

and Japan has less military equipment than Vietnam. after world war two the Japanese signed a treaty, stoping them from mass military production. they arnt aloud to go over somewhere near 10,000 foot soldiers and 2,000 tanks and aircraft and its only for there homeland defense. thats also partly why the US is ocupying Japan.

Yes, we got medics, its surprising how many people lose eyes from aircraft turbines... almost all i dealt with was that, i was never deployed to another country, so no one was actually wounded in combat from the people i helped, they were all mechanics and such, and occasionally i had to deal with people who broke bones and **** doing stupid stuff on base.
I tried making para rescue, but i couldnt, my vision and the fact that my anatomy in my left arm is different kept me out.

I was actually thinking about this yesterday, and I think I came up with a pretty good idea, if your goal is realism.
-Replace Israel with Iran in the Mid East Alliance , theres just no way Israel would ever be in ally with its arch enemies
-India joins Eurasian alliance, since India and Russia are very tight
-Israel could join the North American alliance since USA and Israel are pretty much brothers in arms, replacing UK
-UK joins Europe alliance, replacing Greece
-Greece joins balkans alliance replacing Kosovo perhaps or Croatia which is not much different from serbia anyway
-Add Vietnam to the Western Asian alliance
-Add either Taiwan or Singapore to the Eastern Asian alliance
So the changed alliances would look kinda like
NORTH AMERICA - USA, Canada, Australia, Israel
EUROPE - UK , Germany, France, Italy
BALKAN - Serbia, Slovenia, Greece, Kosovo/Croatia
EUROASIA - Russia, Ukraine, Armenia, India

Yes, argentina have old weapons, but many techs applied on those. They have a M60 Patton, but without modifications, long time ago used for tests

Kosovo should be replaced with Albania, or better yet with Greece .For me personally Kosovo is a part of Serbia,but anyway adding Kosovo is just stupid because firstly they don't have an army and secondly they couldn't attack anyone without the north part of Kosovo rebeling...
