Concept Art

The first of all I  have made concept of main hero. We were thinking about dynamical weight of Sumoman. We found two ways for it – start game with a slim hero, and finish it as a real yokozuna. And second way is to link weight to sushi - eat more to became bigger. Jumping and running burn fat off. It seemed us too difficult, and we've decided to postpone this feature. But now I think, that we can try to make it. What do you think about it?

The second picture shows you some guys, who sleep like a dead. They can not wake up before Sumoman fight off Evil Mage. We are going add sleeping characters over the levels, that will be snoring like Homer Simpson. I think after Sumoman disenchant peoples of this island, this ninja will kill that poor guy, but it is the other story...

We are planing to link Sumoman's ability to rewind time to a magic mechanical watches which Evil Mage uses for keeping island in the sleep. To brake charmes Sumoman needs to enter this watches and break it. May be it is little stupid. We will think about it later.

And the last picture I have made for sumoman jast a som kind of training.

Stay tuned and support us on Greenlight!

You can only use it if you are a commercial studio, so i don't see the point in putting it on ModDB, you said special deal for indie licensing, but i see no indie deal on the Unigine website.
If you really want a big audience, try the Unity approach, it's clear that you want to make money, Unity makes tons of money with their Asset store, and everybody can enjoy their Technology, that is the way it should be..

Even before the release, I read that was a good chance that the Oil Rush released an SDK for full or partial modification of the game. My question is - will have fans in general, whether the SDK and if your answer is yes, when did it happen?

im currently in computer class and i hope that game-design minor will replace unity-3d (which is crap and windows/mac only) with unigine! unigine is far more advanced an runs on linux natively! i had to work with unity (no NOT the shell for ubuntu, thats great but the game-design program) just once, we had to import a blender file... wel why just dont use blender then? i still have to choose a minor, and i really like game design but i don t think i will because of the crappy software they use...

So, you think Unity is crap because you can't "directly" use it on your OS instead of using something like a Virtual Machine or "Dual-Booting" your OS?

Unigine is the best engine I've come across. Not just in terms of how advanced it is, but also the support they've built up around it. A heap of tutorials that are very straight-forward and demos of all the common techniques.

I thoroughly recommend getting a copy of the evaluation version from their website and you'll see what I mean!
