It shows you what sounds in your map. You can use it to make sure you don't have duplicates or anything.

With cheats enabled: "snd_show 1" will display the text on the right of the screen.
And "snd_showmixer 1" will display the blue text on the left.
"snd_visualize 1" will display the text on the bottom, which tells you where a sound is playing in the world space.
