"We need to stay focused on tools".

Here's what got done this month:

-Fixed a bug related to the recipe, which caused unusable recipes.
-Changed ammo drop quantity selection slightly, to allow for dropping incomplete stacks of ammo. Thank goodness.
-Fixed a bug sometimes preventing ability execution in the "fast" category.
-Made weapons dropped by NPC's under various conditions drop relative to direction.
-Fixed a bug that caused weapons to display as empty under false pretenses, when dropped on the ground.
-Changed the ways NPC's dodge active projectiles to exclude projectiles thrown by allies.
-Modified the way damage is calculated on pawns, to deal 1/5th of torso/head damage to the counterpart region. This makes vital damage universal, but at a penalty.
-Fixed the newer, optimized calls for anim/magazine updates, in relation to displaying pickup state weapons.
-Fixed a bug related to the super stubby's magazine size.
-Spent a good dose of time in R&D for the new blender 2.7 vertex export plugin.
-Reduced slug falloff rate on shotguns by 50%. This is to address slugs becoming very useless very fast, once falloff begins.
-Acquired and did some basic testing with MeshMaker and T3D blender export plugin. These allow for optimal geometry, as well as some other niche roles.
