Great work on this, looks amazing. One thing however, the Y-wings just shower that poor cruiser with ion fire, which I thought was a little funny. (Not in a bad way.)

I don't care how but if you could add the rebel targeting computer noise for the ablity for the approch and the lock on noise when they are about to fire that would be totaly tubular. (young people still say that right?)

I'm not sure what I saw in the video, but what I gathered is that you now have to lead the target for bombing runs and predict where the ship will be rather than it just be automatic ? I.e So if your'e quick off the mark you could infact move a ship out of the way of a bombing\torpedo run? if so that's AWESOME!

Burntstrobe’s already mentioned this in the comments... We've been up to a lot of things on the coding portion of the mod. Sad thing is, code is rather boring (for most people) to show off until it's working and you actually can see things happen in game.
Most of our work during the last months consisted of preparing or switching frameworks and behind-the-scenes stuff for various parts of the mod, some known - like the diplomacy features - some not yet public.

But not all coding is invisible, this was my May-the-4th present for the team, now I figured I'd show it to you guys as well.
You all know (and hopefully love) the Heavy Bombing Run ability.
The original plan was to have the bombs move towards their target, but the first revision - as showcased in this video Moddb.com - didn't include this feature as we couldn't get it to work.
Took a while to figure out a proper solution. But now, finally, it works... Bombs moving towards their target whilst still maintaining the intended countdown timed behaviour.
