Are the vongs already implemented with ships and stuff?

Planetary shield, which will play a part in one of our major game mechanics.
The UI is not finished, simply functional for now.
Will the UI be completely redesigned?
Compared to shiny new models and textures and particles, old UI really looks dated.
I come here to look at this because I don't think I've seen it before and I hear "Bo-boop". Takes for making me think I had a discord notification!
