I don't think the ion-cannon on the left fits on this ship, maybe integrate it into the hull so that only the top part and the actual "gun" stick out?
they are the same that are on all heavy imperial ships, the ISDMK1 had 2 heavy ions on the top. Our weapons are standardized, and if you look back through previous images you will understand.
So they will have those giant orbs on them?

Wont lie those Turbo towers look wayyyy to odd, Think they're too high tbh I mean It made sense on the Death Star for high towers but no on the smaller death triangles.
Gotta agree here. Looks weird. But maybe they are just placeholders?
This is the final model, these are the weapons we are using. They look perfectly fine when viewing the entire ship.
We are adopting Fractal Sponge's approach to weapons and ship designs. You must remember, the movies did not have any weapons on the ships aside from the octuple turrets.

Probably referring to they just want to show that these things are armed like in Fractal's models not like in the movies where you can't see any weapons other than the big guns.
I mean Towers do improve firing angles but maybe I'm just upset they look so odd sprouting out of the hull.
Some sort of a little video of the ship would be superb to check out it´s dominance factor ingame ;)
Maybe if they just had the top two sections for the turbolaser towers it would look better.

I really like the direction of thinking here, but i must agree the towers look good and weird at the sametime. I think allot of the turbolaser on the top should be under a slight angle to match the hull plating. Like the way it was done on the bottem of the vessel.
