This is the mod for Stalker Call of Pripyat where I decided to add/port as much HQ weapons with high quality animations as I can for vanilla type of game. As a base I used OWR cause it replaced vanilla weapons with good quality models and animations. There are few weapons that I may change, but for now, it'll stay like it is. Since I'm new to this, I know basics, how to port a weapon, to port an animation, but what's being problem for me is scope textures for sniper rifles, adding new scopes like EKP, ACOG, EOTech, icons for weapons and upgrading is beyond me, so if anyone wants to help and wants to be part of this, feel free to contact me in private messages. Let's make one great HQ weapon pack.
Since I know following things, I'm gonna need somebody to teach me/help me with few things.
Things I know:
About cfg: editing weapon cfg, editing player's loadout, editing NPC loadouts, description of items, translating, and editing trader loadouts, adding new ammo, sounds and items and weapons.
About meshes: I know porting meshes with sounds and textures. Adding custom animations via CoP SDK and making it functional.
What I need is help or tutorials with:
Adding new sights and weapon attachments
Adding new scope for sniper rifles
Before anything, I would like to tell a few things.
