Loading screens, especially modded ones, look too good to be spoiled by the black captioning of the tips.
I removed the captioning (black background) and applied the same techniques from the dialog menu: outlining of the font to ensure readability in any background, and removal of orphaned words for better-looking wrapping.
The issue with loading tips overlapping on each other during loading has been fixed.
Like in the Start Menu, the color of the text and the loading wheel is switched to the HUD color. This doesn’t have any effect on default settings but allows players configure their favorite color at the relevant game display option.
The same style & edits have been applied to the Fallout 3’s loading screens as well, where all the stats have been removed except for the loading tips and the small wheel. Less is more.
