The Vanilla Reversed mod is simple in concept - taking the map, factions, traits, companions, characters, buildings, and units from the original. All that is changed is the location of countries on the world map. The random number generator has swapped playable factions, and now everyone is forced to start in different conditions.

How did you manage the rand?
The mod will especially appeal to those who do not want to deviate much from the classic Medieval II gameplay, but who are tired of the original campaign map, as well as those who like to "move" to another part of the map and paint contour maps to their liking. It weighs a little, and besides, since it is based on another small mod - Denmod by DinarMayor, it supports multiplayer and hotsits.

This is not early access, the mod is completely ready and functional.
