Upheaval of the Five Barbarians mod for Medieval II: Total War: Kingdoms

"Upheaval of the Five Barbarians" is a Chinese mod based on the Medieval 2 Total War engine. The mod is a creation of the Fengyun Production Team. The game starts in AD 314, less than two years after the fall of the Western Jin dynasty. The Xiongnu people rose up in the south of Bingzhou, established the Han-Zhao, captured Luoyang, and swept through the Central Plains; the Jie leader Shi Le roamed around Jizhou; the Murong people Xianbei rose up in Liaodong, overlooking Youzhou; the Tuoba people Xianbei quietly developed in the north; the Di leader Li Xiong carved out Bashu and established the Dacheng country; Du Tao led a bandit army in the south of Jing and ruled with an iron hand; Cao Yi alone controlled Qingzhou and carved out a territory; the entire Western Jin dynasty became a vast sea of warlords. This is the beginning of almost three hundred years of chaos, the beginning of the arrival of the Dark Ages, and the starting point of the blending of Chinese civilization.
