Honestly the house color placement looks good to me. So do the units themselves :D

the cannons look fine there. and the swivel makes more sense then having and arm.
do they take out air? If you replace TW3 GDI with TW2 GDI, you lack a good basic AA unit. and according to TW3, vehicle mounted machine guns are AA.
The APC is the basic AA unit, the Hover MRLS the 'heavy' AA, and in between is the SAM-Soldier.
hes not replacing TW3 GDI with TW2 its TW2 with advancements into the current timeline. Helge has only said it 100 or so times...
