I'm surprised the Empire never made even biggerer probe droids. Just a giant executor-sized death jellyfish robot.
What does it even need the limbs for, come to think of it.
Judging by the schematic from the Essential Guide to Droids, those are "Fine Work Grasping Extensors", so I presume they're used to hold captured starships or move cargo or something.
