The Pit: Balance
Full VersionThis mod aims to make the beginning a bit easier as well as reduce the excessive hunger rates.
As a big fan of the original 2D game, I think the 3D adaptation is pretty good, but the jump to 3D raises some issues. I've created this simple mod to adjust features I find to not work very well in the current state of the game.
This mod will still allow you to get achievements and theoretically should work in multiplayer (not tested). At the dev's suggestion, all players should have this mod installed if playing multiplayer.
Values adjusted:
-Hunger rates reduced
-Food values increased
-Starting ammo increased
-Base walk speed increased
-Sprint speed increased
-Energy reduced to accommodate for increased move speed
-All non-recipe (flavor text) messages removed
-Bed sleeping health regen increased
-Blade attack speed increased
-Fist damage increased
