I finally got Tamschi's MeshView tool (to work on an Arachnos Mod) and had another look at the portraits, which were not showing properly because of missing coordinates in the Gorgon meshes.
Now they work, and look beautiful! Besides, I had been toying with turning enemies into humans, and both together make a new version for you to play.

Yes. Since they are both loaded mods, you can use Tamschi's Modmerge program to combine them, then load them together.
