Before we Begin, I'd like the point out that this is the very first mod I've EVER made for Half-Life. So it may be rough in a few spots.


INFO ABOUT THE MOD: This is a mod for Half-Life 1 (Not Half-Life: Source) That features New Weapons, and New Enemy types spanning across a large Single player campaign with completely new and original maps designed specifically for the mod.

THE TEAM BEHIND THE MOD: The team behind this mod consists of only two people at the moment. Myself and one of my friends. I do the mapping and they do the Coding and Modeling. We are open to any help that can be offered. (This is an amateur mod so this would be done entirely for fun, not for profit.)

Happy Holidays everyone! Here is one final Dev Update for the year, We've been working hard on getting a demo ready soon. Sadly, not in time for this year. But to make up for it, we've got a few things to show you that will hopefully hold you over until then.


First off, we've got a new weapon to show
The Assault Rifle (or as it's known internally "The Assrifle") is a Powerful but slow firing weapon that is capable of zooming in and hitting targets from afar.

That's the only weapon we have to show off at the moment, but there's still more to come!

As for new NPC models we've got a few to show off starting off with...
The Special Forces Walter, a new enemy based off of the Male Black Ops Assassins from Opposing Force with new features (Hint: Look at the Object on his back)

The Bullsquid model has been finalized since the last time he was shown off. He also has new features to his AI. Rather than having a Melee attack, he will fire his weapon rapidly in close range making him especially dangerous compared to his Vanilla Half-Life counterpart. Speaking of his Weapon, It now fires multiple projectiles in a Shotgun-like Pattern, making him able to have a higher chance of hitting you.

Hey, It's been a little while. Since this page was created, I've been getting better and better at making maps in J.A.C.K and 2 more maps have been finished...

Tracking. Your project shows promise. At least you know all basics already it would seem. No full bright mapping that's good. I wish you good luck on your journey and should you have any mapping related questions or desire some tutorials and even prefabs to implement straight into your own maps. Then check out this page:
