Dawn of the Tiberium Age (DTA) is a stand-alone mod that combines Tiberian Dawn (C&C 95) and Red Alert. While classic mode gets as close to the original game-play and balance as possible, Enhanced mode provides improved game balance and a lot of fun new stuff. DTA features many customization options for Skirmish and multiplayer (where you can play as GDI, Nod, Allies and Soviet on over 100 maps), challenging original singleplayer missions, as well as co-op missions. Since this is a stand-alone mod, you don't require anything but the mod itself to be able to play: the original game is not required.
This is the full version of Dawn of the Tiberium Age v7.15: all files necessary to play are included, so you also don't need to have the original game installed. To install, simply extract all files to an empty folder and then run DTA.exe to play.

Really enjoying the mod, particularly the naval elements for NOD/GDI. Any way to turn off the Christmas trees though? Half the trees seem to be decorated and it's kinda distracting from the atmosphere, to me.
You can either go to Options, Updater and then click "Force Update" or just delete ECache99.mix from the MIX folder manually.
Is it possible to get the original Tiberian Sun building & unit sprites? (And possibly closer zoom, just like the original Tiberian Sun?)
Trying to get aquainted with the mod, but having a hard time, as my nostalgia says it's wrong.
To get closer zoom, simply lower your resolution in the client options.
I'm not sure why you'd want to get Tiberian Sun building and unit sprites, they'd look very out of place with our Tiberian Dawn style terrain.
Still coming back to this one after about 5 years of play, still loving it. I think it's really close to being complete now.
One question, any chance of getting rid of the dinosaurs and some of those tiberium mutant things, or at least making them optional in the lobby? Still find it a little weird to see a triceratops minding it's own business in the middle of a tank rush. xD
Whether they're utilized is up to the creator of each map. I think they're too insignificant to really need their own game option though.
