Half-Life: The Core is a classic retelling of the events surrounding the Resonance Cascade disaster from a new perspective. Featuring intense action, complex puzzles and believable narrative through all-new locations in Black Mesa with remarkable visual fidelity, pacing and humour.
Hi all. Just 3 new images to tide you over so let me quickly run through them.
First up is the new science team skins, not much change apart from a few colours on the uniform. I have however added 3 news heads to give them a little more variation. (The 3 in the pic)
Next is the zombie models. Ambient.Impacts fantastic models with a new set of textures. The LD style zombies (the arms, chest and headcrab) came from Sven-Coop but I do not have a specific name to credit so I'll just thank the whole team. I have also applied my new science team, security and HECU unforms to all 3. :D
Finally, it's another comparison shot. This was the room right before the player entered the central security headquarters and offices. I figured this place would be 1) More secure and 2) Larger. Rather than the cruddy little green marble room that it was, this is now a connecting area between the high security storage areas, cencom security HQ and a transit system platform. This room is no entirely finished yet as the center of the room is quite empty. Once this is done however that marks the completion of the redesigns and back to work on new areas.

Is it me, or are the faces really able to change?
Jep, A.I. latest release of the models are based on the animations/skeleton of the HL1 PS2 version. Those have animated emotions, etc.

But yeah, I was going to use the PS2 models, but A.I and Romka's models are so much better. Truly fantastic to work with. :)
