Full Version 2 commentsThis is the FINAL major update for the HD Pack. I've decided to abandon doing most TFC-Exclusive weapons.
In 2001, The high definition asset pack for Half Life 1 released. This pack did NOT release for Team Fortress Classic, It released for Half Life, Half Life Opposing Force and Half Life Blue Shift. Although in Steam, the toggle button for HD models is still in the options menu, Doing nothing when pressed, Taunting you. Although this mod restores the HD models so you may play TFC with them.

this is a joke?
you only copy-pasted default gearbox models from HL and HL:OP without worrying about quality.
-models don't have team colored support.
-sniper and wrench was copy-pasted from HL: OP but you was so lazy that he didn't even change his hands, the result is that the models are inconsistent!
-many TFC-exclusive weapons do not have their own models
-flamethrower is just the Egon gun from HL
-tranquilizer gun doesn't have a silencer
-The nail gun is just the M4 from half life
this is only a spam pack, effortless ann ugly
nice. just take the V_models from Half-Life HD, and don't bother making the TFC-exclusive weapons. also take the sniper rifle from Opposing Force and keep the HECU hands. if you can't model, don't bother with HD packs.
i don't see the problem here tbh
can you model? Not to be rude, but if you cant model HD hands and leave the rest LD (lets also take into consideration Shephard's hands on that sniper), don't bother. there's no point, and it just comes off as lazy.
Look's weird
HD weird
HD looks good when done right. This isn't.
Allow me to make fun of the fact that this guy proceeded to do the exact same thing on GameBanana. only his pack slightly increased the poly counts and raised the default FOV on some models, And called it a day.
At least I actually went through the effort of remaking most of the models instead of copy-pasting them lmao
