You need StarCraft of course. 1.16.1 then Download the mod then run it. ;)

Dosen't need anything else. Just StarCraft game. Download the current version (1.0.9 as of June 1, 2014)
No, you just download the launcher of mod. Then you open it, select your starcraft.exe, and play mod. This won't overwrite the original game files so you can still play original SC and SC-BW.
