I found the way to mining facility on North-East side of the map! LAATs CAN deploy troops into Hutt's palace!
This map is piece of cake in original FoC, very challenging in RaW, but absolutely fearsome in Clone Wars Cartoon Network style sub mod!
Everyone should try it!!!

I have played Makeb as Republic at War custom map. After 3,5 hours I won, playing on hard for the Republic. This is very nice, stabile and quite challenging mod.! AI is pretty smart... Well done!!!
Regarding bugs I noticed only two: Grivous standing still for a while after he is killed, and it is not possible to deploy clones from LAATs every where when infantry generaly might pass...
In addition I have one question: is it possible (and how?) to capture building pad on north-east part of Hutt’s territory as well to capture abandoned mining facility on north, next to Hutt’s west shield boundary?

Normaly, all the pads can be captured in the original game
So Grievous and Laat I can't do anything. Perhaps you saw the bombarding it's impossible into the palace.
I didn't test with mods and it's it's possible to encounter problems.
But I engaged to correct them
