The stand-alone mod S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Anomaly aims to be the most stable and customizable experience for fans of the S.T.A.L.K.E.R. games. It's powered by the Monolith 64-bit engine, a custom fork of the X-Ray engine.

Landing shots on this enemy doesn't produce any hit reactions or blood spatter on walls. Stokker has experienced the same bug here in this thread as well.

I suspect it's something to do with the enemy model not having any hitbox.

If you've already killed this enemy, then unfortunately your map is bugged.

I just updated my thread you linked with some extra info that I just found out from someone on Reddit. Killing this enemy is only possible with explosives, and when they die, their body will T-pose and is unlootable. This NPC's death will permanently corrupt the map making it crash every time you try to enter it for the rest of the game. It can only be fixed if you fully refresh the entire game's map by starting a new game. I had to end my Monolith playthrough because I didn't want to play with one less map.

Needless to say, this is pretty serious. If you haven't already killed him with explosives, avoid him at all costs. I had to kill my bugged NPC because he was the target of a killquest which permanently ended my Jupiter map.

But yeah, you absolutely must avoid that NPC. Just hope that you don't end up in my situation and have a killquest on the NPC without knowing the consequences of killing them. It's apparently common bug in Last Day but I never played it before so I was unprepared.

This does not fix the map if you've already left it after killing him. Just tested it. It seems like it's completely unrecoverable. This is good to know for the next time this bug occurs to prevent the NPC from corrupting the map after you kill them.

We should make this common knowledge, at least until the bug is fixed, so people don't end up losing an entire map.

So here's what we know about this bug: To deal with this NPC you must use explosives. They don't have a hitbox that can be affected by bullets. After they die, their body will T-pose and not react to the environment in any way nor can you interact with it to loot it. Open the console and enter g_corpsenum 1 before leaving the area. If you leave the area before deleting his body, your map will be corrupted until you start a whole new playthrough.

The faulty model in question.

If you have a save with the model in t-pose or another way for me to reproduce the situation, I may be able to fix it. It looks like the model is bugged and if I can figure out which model file is used I can replace it with a working model.

seargedp: I attached a savegame with the above model in t-pose. Found in 1.4.0, Darkscape. Ufile.io

An earlier attachment produced a crash on load so I had to attach an earlier save with the bugged npc still alive underneath the bridge in Dark Valley. You'll need to get ready for some hostile mutants and military nearby on load.
