This is a small mod with the simple goal of overhauling existing leaders and adding new ones like the Banished, Forerunners, Flood and Post-War Humanity to Halo Wars.
It will also include new maps and gamemodes to showcase the new mod tools being created right now.

Can you please make Halo Wars units models back ? Halo 3 models looks too detailezed for strategy. (And can you make Halo Wars 2 infantry units for banished faction ?)
Also Lich can be attacked even by units who hasn't air attack.
And can you make units from neutrals rebels (Warthog with Rebel icon, Drone, Rebel turret with rebel icon and more) to rebel faction ?
And Banished scarab is too easy, no actually he strong but attacking animation buggy and slow, you simple can make units go around him, and he even can't resiste.
It would pretty to made custom buildings which allows to make Spirit and Phantom, Pelican or Condor.
Pretty awesome mod already, I'm assuming you already are, but I'd say add at least some sort of infantry for the forerunners, whether it be the armigers or even a Sharquoi
Colony seems like an alright Covenant Commander, though feels a bit weaker due to not having a power ability like every other leader, perhaps in the future maybe a buff to the hero in upgrades or just better stats to compensate for not having a power ability would be good.

I downloaded this with High high hopes, despite it not even being completed yet they were fulfilled nearly completely! I am genuinely a sucker for marine reskins as well, I absolutely LOVE the Halo 3 marine skins. (In my opinion they were the best). As for balancing, a suggestion would be that the main infantry for the Rebel union need either a slight health buff or slight damage buff. Strength in numbers count but with how easy they get shredded numbers never really did anything. Same for the wombats minigun, the rockets are just fine though, it allows them to perfectly tango with vehicles in numbers.
Aside from the Forerunners not being completed I say that they are somewhat rather playable. It is just genuinely difficult to either add new troops or make them more fun to use in general. I love how you managed to add so many leader types, really makes multiple fun skirmishes possible even with AI.
Slight little suggestion, just out of possibility if you ever wanted to add it for fun. You could add a side group for Sargent forge's infantry selection. a pistol + BR group perhaps or a combo of an SMG, Shotgun, BR, Pistol and Assault rifle. Now idk how difficult it is to mod but I would find that really cool as fitting to the aesthetic of marines using multitudes of weapons.

Ngl I think your underselling the scale of this mod dude. Looks on par with some of the big names like overhaul and nutritious edition! Cant wait for more!
