Do this mod's files overwrite anything vanilla? The mod don't seem to be (completely) mod-foldered, so I'm reluctant to install it right now.

AnthoniusII, the creator of The Great Conflicts mod, has been without help for a long time. He's left alone and can't finish his mod even though it's almost all done and could be one of the best Medieval 2 mod.
That is why he asks for help. He needs scripters and IWTE tool experts, in return he can give you materials that may interest you.

За Новгород после 1136 года постоянно спавнятся повстанцы у самого Новгорода. Я их на протяжении 10 лет разбивал, а они все продолжают спавнится. Дал им взять город, отбил обратно, а они опять спавнятся.

Да, включил. Как раз в 1136 выскочил ивент на восстание в Новгороде.
Версия 2.1, качал с гугл-диска.
Мод, к слову, отличный. Некоторых мелочей не хватает(типа скрипта на гарнизоны, а то ИИ уж очень любит оставлять столицу без присмотра), но в общем и в целом круто.
