how do you change the flying height of the aircraft?

its in zz_gladpatchablewin.dat -> everything.ndf.
class is around 304 for the planes. every plane has its own file somewhere for its flight performance and altitude is one of them, the number is in metersx260

Thanks! I found the file and was able to modify the Blitz speed a bit. But didnt find anything related to Ruse Timer, i was looking for default values of them aka 105 in original and 80 in atomic and found pretty much nothing, any clue how it's named or ID of it?

well i havent been working on my mod for a long time now, im almost done with Ruse completely now.
I do want to finish the mod though, at least the rest of the campaign maps but it takes 20-30+ hrs just to do one map properly so its hard to even start working on them.

In the part of the campaign of the game, in the mission of Bastone has a clock that is reducing the time, is there some mod that makes that clock stop? For me to continue to play the stage.

This mod works for everyone except me and besides not working it ruined my game, it does not work anymore and it did not have the 99 only the 1360.
If the downloaded .zip doesnt have a 99 folder then The only thing i can think of is that the download was corrupt and/or you did something wrong when you installed it and deleted something you shouldnt.
