RSCBM rebalances the game, adds all campaign maps to multiplayer and tweaks the game to make micro easier. It also overhauls the game to have more details and tactical depth somewhere in between Vanilla Ruse and Wargame Red dragon. If Eugen came back to this game and did a final patch that sorted out all the issues it had, it would most likely look like the Lite version of this mod.
The only working mod for RUSE and it's a good one that changes the game for the better. The increase of adm. buildings to $200 rather than $150 is was prevents it's from being a 10 out of 10 but otherwise, I like the aa changes and I really like the fact that Germany gets a upgradable fighter-bomber.
Best RUSE modder out there. I think he has the most knowledge in using the mod tools that weren't originally meant for RUSE. I respect you devotion man, cheers!

an awesome mode, unique in its greatness and it being the only mod for ruse, really improves the game but it can always be improved!
