RSCBM rebalances the game, adds all campaign maps to multiplayer and tweaks the game to make micro easier. It also overhauls the game to have more details and tactical depth somewhere in between Vanilla Ruse and Wargame Red dragon. If Eugen came back to this game and did a final patch that sorted out all the issues it had, it would most likely look like the Lite version of this mod.

Well this is unexpected. Long time since this has been updated.
yeah ive barely touched the game this year since its pretty dead now and theres not enough people left to play it with anymore.
ive basically just been doing a few tweaks every month or 2 and the changes felt too unfinished to bother uploading until now although the planes still need rebalancing to stop spam since the speed changes.
