This raises the stat limits on items, characters and cheat shop. I will include both versions of the mod, for Steam and non-Steam users, use whichever one for the version you are playing, also am including a Cheat table that you can use on the exe file to further change the stat limits of some things. Read the included Read Me file for more info.
