The Icarus is the direct descendant of the Lee, a powerful anti-air vehicle whose deployed chain gun can be easily quantified as the best ground-based anti-air defense against single targets available, so much so that the Icarus is often pressed into service as stationary base defense. Though it's range is short, the weapon's power is indisputable. However, it's inability to move and shoot greatly limits it's power.
Note, the weapon for the Icarus is present, but is hidden in this render.

Its secondary ability is deploy, since "inability to shoot and move".
It's T2. It's part of the "T2 Trio" of Allied vehicles that gives the Allies a new competitive edge in ground warfare; the Guardian, the Horizon and the Icarus.
