Description
The Confederate Frigate uses it's turreted Patriot Missile system to shoot down enemy planes, and provides heavy dedicated anti-aircraft fire for the Confederate Navy. Normally, the vessel fires individual missiles at a constant pace, but it can fire them all at a single target for a devastating attack that will leave the Frigate's weapons inoperable for a short time.

If that's steamboat power, wouldn't it be a little slow? Or is that purposeful due to it's strength?
Steam powered ships are not necessarily slow; even in the second world war many ships had coal-powered engines.

I like how it looks and as the paddle look if you add another set of paddles you could make it go on land too like the allied destroyer:P

What the secondary ability? Extra speed to the paddles? Maybe have a big armored paddle on the back?...
... or have a paddle on the front made of blades!!! That can slice up anything that has low armor values.
