Atomizer (or simply virus trooper) - is a first Pan-Asian Republic unit to appear in Entropy mod.

You are right.
His special ability is to switch between two spray modes. You need to simply press ability button or "F" - just like you switch between Conscript's molotov and rifle.
In healing mode, he uses his spray automatically.
