the original design plan was to make enough chunks to generate a random map rogue/nethack style - thus "Quake Hack"
current operation requirement
any chunk that has - doors, buttons, triggers, func_wall - bsp_model entites
must be pre-loaded at launch in order for these ents to work correctly
otherwise you have a door type ent with no visible brush and triggers that may not work
