Project Phantom is a total conversion mod for C&C Red Alert 2: Yuri's Revenge powered by Ares DLL & Phobos Engine Extension. Set in a world where the course of history took a different turn and science has been elevated to previously unattainable heights, three factions engage in a conflict that will change the fate of the world.
Project Phantom has been dormant for a while. Even the Discord server which did get occassional teasers posted there during 2018 went silent for over a year, and here on ModDB and some other services it has gone on for even longer. Despite that, the project is not dead and has, in fact, very recently picked up the pace again. Here's a picture of some of the new and reworked units from late 2018 and early 2019.
I hope to bring more things to see & read in the near future, on here, on Discord and elsewhere, such as more unit showcases and long overdue website updates, and possibly even something about an eventual public beta release...

I have been keeping an eye on this mod for quite a while, glad to see it's still kickin'.
And a new updated beta? That would be incredible!
Let's see what we have here. Top left, Phantom gunship. Top middle, Phantom capital siege sub. Top right, coalition battle copter. Middle, Dominion advanced AA. Bottom left, either Coalition siege capital ship or main battle sea unit. Bottom middle, either new Dominion maelstrom voxel or main battle sea unit drawing inspiration from assault destroyer. Bottom right, Phantom stealth sniper. With the possible exception of the Maelstrom, not stating names just guessing unit roles.
Maelstrom is still intact :P
