What is this mod about?
This mod is about the Army Men game by 3DO. You'll fight with plastic soldiers in a new and different perspective: Inside your home!
What i have planned for the first realese?
> Green and Tan Armys Fully functional and working.
> Nothing changed in the "world". You'll still fighting in Generals maps.
The following realeses will include:
> New Armys: Blue (1st) and Grey (2nd)
> Complete new and modded world with new maps. In a new scaled of perspective.
> MAYBE Plastic Generals. (not sure will depends of the public)
Well, the mod units will not have texture. They'll have the collors of the Army. (Tan and Green) IF a texture artist apear and help me, they will be mapped, but nothing else. For the "new" World props they'll be textured.
So...i guess i covered all aspects. Any questions i'll be answering soon as possible. Im' working on the storyline and it'll be posted as soon as possible as well with the new and modeled units that i have.
If you have any ideas i ask you post on the forums. Everything will be taken in consideration.

I played Army Men RTS on my PS2 and it was my first RTS game and I still like it, just too bad I don't have it for the computer.
:) maybe (I really mean MAYBE) Plastic at War will be similar to Army Men RTS, but much more larger :) With some known iconic units, with some known units which werent in Army Men, and many unorigginal units, which you never seen before :D Or maybe you see something similar, hehe :D

What exactly you got in mind?
if you want a mod diferent from the army men but with the plastic models,you can make the green and tan units likely the real units,if you want to make likely the game,you need to play a little of him :D
play army men rts,you will have some ideias for the mod
you can found army men rts in the pirate bay,will be better if you have bitcomet or other like.
I played Army Men RTS long time ago, and still remember all units there. But I am just a modeler, what I want isnt that much important, its totally up to Gen.Kenobi. But I am sure there will be some old stuff from Army men, but there will be even more unrealistic non-existant units like Granat and Graveler tank, because ZH is... "larger" then AM RTS, there is more units, also 2 factions with different units then in RTS, where all got same units, just a color is another. But I could say that Huey will most likely be in game :) About Patton tank, I plan to model it and show it, but dontknow if it will find its way to mod or not. So we will see :D
you are right,c&c zero hour is too larger than the army men,but you can take ideas of all army men,rts,3d,air attack...
so if gen.kenobi take a vehicle of one an idea of other,so i think of the mod can be large enough to have just the army men units
no, I dont think this, because one thing about this mod is that there will be some non-existant stuff, and I agree with it :) but a good old units wll be there, probably :)
this mod also must be somehow unique, and when there will be all army men stuff, it will not be very unique in this way, if you understand it :)
