We started a new pre-release cycle with an astonishing number of fixes, polish and balancing changes contributed by the competitive community.
This update contains more polish and also a change to the build queues that might impact gameplay so we ask for another playtest.
This is a bugfix release, but it also features new maps and adds interesting new gameplay around the Hacker Tank.
rusted warfare?
No, but here is why you have seen those graphics before: Github.com

THX :)
I played several games with my brother online. Mod and in fact the game is very interesting slightly different from C&C. Our main attention is that there is no possibility of building infrastructure on the water. What I mean is the ability to collect raw materials. Such mechanics as in Warcraf2. Maybe an interesting solution would be the possibility of building a water version of the command center that would give the possibility of building water structures. I do not know if the copy of land buildings is a good solution but the possibility of building new Structures. Giving new technology and units possible only to build on the water. Maybe torpedo turrets, water reconnaissance units. As a rule, ships are much larger than land units, so the construction of a large water shipyard giving the opportunity to build advanced large surface and underwater units. A faction that has missile submarines could have fighter submarines and an intermediate submarine aircraft carrier where one invisible fighter/bomber takes off and lands vertically, something like The Boeing X-32. The submarine emerges only for the launch and reception of the X-32. It's nice if the plane had the opportunity to fight not only air raids. It seems that such an aircraft should be focused on destroying armored units rather than buildings. It seems that a missile submarine is ideally created for this role. At the very end I wanted to add that the current version of HV is very promising. It gives hope that it will give amazing playability. For me, the decisive factor will certainly be the developed possibility of fighting on the water. If possible, I would ask for a map where the islands or mini continents are and you have to fight for resources on the islands. So that air and water combat is the main factor of the game.
Pleas ad a air to air units:)
We decided against it as dogfights don't really work out and become hard to control.
Either way, you could add such options. Let us the player decide. It's a bit of an ancient approach. Maybe it's enough to follow StarCraft2. Not necessarily dogfights has to be the only solution. Nowadays, fighter fire rockets from a long distance. So you can give up dogfights for long range air to air combat.
