Great, reminds me of the Freedom Tower construction!
As I mentioned in one of my news posts, I used that construction site as my main reference. I visit the "highrise construction" forum twice a week now for the past three years, a little hobby of mine to check progress on some buildings being made :)

I visit Skyscrapercity.com almost every day! I was never into architecture but somehow its fascinating to see those big projects grow, especially in Dubai and New York!
If you ever do a new map for Off-Limits and need some inspiration for a new iconic building, you should have a look at the Ryugyong Hotel from North Korea ;) I'm sure it would fit the Off-Limits universe and had a 'post-apocalyptic' look for decades, until they started construction again in 2008.
