After playing this game with some friends (not a so big group) we startet to jump from objects and decals to objects and decals and also from onepixel borders to one pixel borders. Because of the high level of detail there are many spots you can reach of which we are sure that it is not planned by you. Most of this spots are camp-spots wich usually are in a dead spot for the other players becaus it is a position you will only look at, if you already get killed from there very often. Also the most places in the maps looks like they are developed with thinking bout the most camper friendly maps ever... The maps looks pretty, they are large, they have so much free room and endless spots for camping and mostly because of the big room of the maps you can not focus the real fight and protect yourself from camping.
Even if I like this game atm very much I think this can be a problem for the long time motivation of most of the players if this game will become a camper-only game where you can die after every singel step and corner.

All in all: I love the work and the quality of this mod at the current state but I hope you understand, that I have a bad feeling bout this atm...

Every place you can get to I know off, I made sure places I didn't want people to go to would be off limits(!) by either design or with player clips. Yes the maps have a lot of places where you can get to and camp. I haven't encountered much campers yet so far, too early to tell. I will for sure be looking out for things that people can abuse or that need to be fixed if it's a very bad thing and breaks game play. I don't think however camping spots are a bad thing either, a lot of people like camping and sniping, we want to make it fun for them too. You can grenade his ass out of a tight spot once you know where he is. And also our assault zoom is quite powerful as well for handling campers.

Also, every high up space I made usually has a path that leads to somewhere else. For instance the Styx center has a rooftop path where campers could sit, but it's also a way up that leads to the central station without having to use the stations underground. It's a more skilled path and give the option to attack the spawn point from multiple sides.

With the hit indicators you also get a quick notification from where the shot came, so you can quickly go for cover behind something that covers that angle. It can allow you to asses the situation and look for where the shot came from and then take him out. It will get easier once you know the levels. I know pretty quick where someone is shooting from.

I know people who don't camp like campers. The thing is, every game has campers, so don't let that get you down and stop playing our mod (I hope), just get back at those campers by outsmarting them :)

That is what I always do, but I know many people who sadly do not think my way :/ Also it just was a think that I think that it propebly could cause problems... I just can not say it for sure because I played in a small number of players and also not that long... The beta started very late and I am at work now xD
More Bug-Reports, impressions and suggestions will come after I am deeper in it :)

I think its less of an issue, since you respawn a lot faster than the camper can get to his spot. He ll get you once, then you go back to take him out, he'll quickly be discouraged imo. Havent seen much camping yet either. We ll keep an eye open.

Yeah i dont think the gameplay really makes camping a worth while tactic. The only way i could see camping being useful is if your the JN, and even then that would mean your teammates would not be getting healed.
