Hay, So: what do you want to do? "release fast, release often" (wich I prefer and I also think very positiv about if you can reach the users with a good update system... not every mod uses desura or an autoupdater so for most mods it would be stupid to do this because of confusing and fragmentation) or just the usual was of an "put as many changes in an update as possible until we reach our milestone for the next version"? Best wishes, |

How I see it: Maarten is busy for a bit now, and we'll probably start with the feedback we got from this first beta within the next 2 weeks. I've made a list already with findings from on the server + feedback/crashes posted here. Once we agreed on a list for our next update I'll make a forum post showing you all the fixes that will be done for the next update. This post will be updated as we keep fixing issues. Once everything on the list is done we'll update Desura and you should all receive the update when you start Desura then (or restart it). I don't think we'll have an invite system for our next update either, as the closed beta ran smoother than expected. So, expect a list of things we'll be looking into soon! An update should follow as soon as we finished that list (hopefully within the next 4 weeks). At the moment keep playing the beta, the more you find now, the more fixes there will be on the next update |

Fast & often. But not like weekly |

Yeah, not weekly, more like dayly, am I right? ;P No, just was curios, some mods have big bugs at its release which frustrate most players, but wait bout 4 months for the next update which adresses this annoying bugs, just because they wanted to put in a new map... And often they adress with this update also some balance changes but they also were not good... but the next update, to fix the new bugs and adress the new balance improvments will still take 3 months :/ especially for balance improvments and testing some faster updates are very good and helpfull, especially because weapon balance is a faster task wich needs lots of testing for the best results so more updates -> faster reaching better balance. |

We wont be adding new maps, I will however look into making a quick guide on making levels for Off Limits. This way people can map if they want to. Also, not daily, not weekly, more like monthly is our plan. I also don't think we released this closed beta with too many bugs in it. Which is why our next update should become an open beta one. |
