Than i tried to reinstall that mod.
But now after i try to install your mod it comes this message.

Yea, this sounds like a Steam issue, I had this error a lot while I was making levels for Off Limits.
Restart Steam, then Off Limits will work again, don't restart Off Limits, restart Steam.
Hope this will help.

I'd try deleting the game files from Steam (Steam\steamapps\sourcemods) and re-installing (assuming Desura's DRM permits multiple reinstalls).

Also check Task Manager (Ctrl+Alt+Del) and force close any version of Off-Limits still running in the background.
