This adds some SLU nations (with their consent and input) as factions in medieval 2, for use in battles only. As they are not historical, I haven't put them in campaign, though that can change. I may add to this as time goes on.

Although small, this update is essentially very useful when it comes to housekeeping. Here are some of the things that I've changed:
- Mod contains a music folder, so you no longer lose the glorious Medieval 2 music
- Drastically reduced the mod in size (without affecting performance), so the download time is now much quicker, and significantly less trouble
- Ensured all Kanorian flags were of Egypt, not of any other faction
- Stuff essentially makes more sense
