It's these small details that often make the biggest difference! Good job.

I still wish that the old loading music of Red Alert 2 or MO 2.0 would be back in 3.0 cause the one 3.0 uses sounds tooo much...odd

In the future each side will have its own loading music and even certain missions will have their unique loading tunes.

Does ARES not make loading screens able to use PCX as well? If not, that should definitely be on their list...

Perhaps including screenshots of the units would work.

It's good, but I did kind of like Red Alert 2's political map that was used in the background. You could see how the war progressed outside of the main campaign. Of course it was sadly changed in Yuri's Revenge.

Yuri's Revenge had hardly any political changes mentioned in its campaign. While Mental Omega 3.0 does a lot of that, we're not including this information on loading screens because noone would want to keep track of them on all 72+ images that you see for few seconds before the mission starts.

Aww it is a shame that you wont be adding the the political aspect to the loading screens - though I understand your reasons, it still adds something to the game that you can see the changes in front of you

Description

Here's a preview of new mission loading screens.
This one's for Allied Act One Mission 1: Red Dawn Rising

We won't be including unit cameos on these, because in 3.0 all cameos are PCX files which use their color palettes to the maximum and they'd make the loading screens look bad (they're limited to 256 colors).
