Actually the Borillo would "sink" a bit when floating, but the problem was when it was attacked by a Giant Squid or Magnetron.

But the result is still good

What exactly was the issue?

Initially, Borillo voxel was cut at the bottom in the alternate state to make an illusion of being half-hidden in water. Imagine how it looked like when Magnetron picked it up in that state or a squid grabbed it and the unit did not return to the original state. A half of Borillo in the air!

I never try in YR use a "APC trick" from TS.

In TS - if name of voxel is "XXX" and we use two voxel: "XXX" and "wXXX" - game use in water wXXX voxel and XXX voxel on the ground.

"w" letter is "water" prefix. But i never try to use this in YR.

It only works with Ares.

XXXw.vxl, actually - it's a suffix.
And yeah, Ares only.
It'd be good if there was some code to deal with the voxel being picked up or shook about.

Or you could just lower the voxel in the HVA, so when it's lifted out it still has the parts from being amphibious while having the rest of the voxel still there. Am I not right?

i think not, since lower the hva cant make game think to draw some voxel part behind water terrain

Finally it looks like there's something actually happening behind the glass in the mastermind. Nice job.
