The situation is dire. While the paths of Tanya, Siegfried and Norio have finally converged, only one of them can deal with Yuri's threat at the Panama Canal, while the others fight elsewhere.

Looking at this wonderful base, I wonder why the AI in skirmish isn't building any walls? In the original game, they did at least surround important buildings.
Why isn't the AI capable of building walls & defences in a more meaningful way anyways? Ever since in C&C they build no walls and random defences in their bases. This isn't a complaint. I just wish to understand why the AI never builds such beautiful bases by themselves.
